The Website is published and operated by SAS CHARBONNIER GREGORY DELOUPY ET ASSOCIES, with a share capital of € 203,214.28, whose registered office is situate at 40 RUE PARTOUNEAUX 06500 MENTON, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of NICE under number B 301 654 794 and represented by Pierre-Alexandre CHARBONNIER acting in their capacity as president.

This Privacy Policy complies with the following legal provisions:

  • French Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data protection and civil liberties, as amended by French Act No. 2018-493 of 20 June 2018,
  • French Act No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN Act),
  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR).

In the course of its business, NOTAIRES OFFICE MENTON processes and collects personal data from Users who interact in any way with the features on the Website and the services it offers.

3. Data Controller and Data Protection Officer

NOTAIRES OFFICE MENTON is the Data Controller for the Personal Data collected on its Website. It undertakes to make proportionate use of this data and to keep a simplified record of processing activities, in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR.

It implements all necessary means to secure the processing and storage of the Personal Data collected using appropriate technical and organisational measures. Any processing operations carried out before withdrawal shall remain lawful.

If the relationship between the User and NOTAIRES OFFICE MENTON becomes official, the User then becomes a Customer. The Personal Data collected then becomes of use for the purposes of preparing quotes, contracts, and invoices, etc. NOTAIRES OFFICE MENTON fulfils its legal and contractual obligations./p>

5. Data Retention

The retention of the collected Personal Data is limited to a period of: 13 months.

Alongside the retention periods mentioned above, other retention periods apply in order to comply with legal deadlines, such as those that exist for invoices (6 to 10 years) or cookies stored on the User’s device (13 months).

6. Data Recipients and Subcontractors

The Data Controller, NOTAIRES OFFICE MENTON, is the recipient of the Personal Data.

NOTAIRES OFFICE MENTON has an internal customer service department that processes the first names, last names, telephone numbers and email addresses of Customers in order to contact them within the context of customer relations.

In order to expand its activities, the Data Controller uses various subcontracting services:

  • GOOGLE ANALYTICS to improve the User’s browsing experience on the Website,
  • SEPTEO (GENAPI) or AGENDIZE for making online appointments,
  • SEPTEO (GENAPI) for the online customer account,
  • SEPTEO (GENAPI) and/or SYSTEMPAY and the Caisse des Dépôts Group for online payments.

Each of these tools has its own privacy policy, which Users are invited to consult. Some of these platforms are hosted outside the European Union, which means that data is transferred outside the EU. NOTAIRES OFFICE MENTON therefore ensures that these platforms implement processing and protection measures similar to those required by the GDPR.

NOTAIRES OFFICE MENTON does not have access to the Customer’s bank details.

7. User Rights

The User may exercise the following rights, at any time, concerning how their Personal Data is processed:

  • The right of access, which allows them to identify what Personal Data is held by NOTAIRES OFFICE MENTON and to obtain a copy of the Data stored,
  • The right to rectification, which allows them to modify or correct Personal Data concerning them,
  • The right to object to the processing of Personal Data for direct marketing purposes, particularly for canvassing,,
  • The right to be forgotten (right to erasure), allowing them to obtain the erasure of Personal Data held by NOTAIRES OFFICE MENTON,

This complaint must be justified, defined and made as soon as the User becomes aware of such a violation.

It is hereby reiterated that the Customer may object to telephone canvassing practices free of charge by registering on the list available at https://www.bloctel.gouv.fr.

8. Cookies

When Users browse the Website, Cookies may be stored on their computer. Cookies allow statistics and information on the Website’s traffic to be processed, facilitate browsing and improve the Website’s operation. Several types of Cookies are stored.
